1 SCOPE

This part of GB/T 19949 establishes the test methods for airbag modules in road vehicles and specifies environmental testing procedures and requirements for airbag modules.
Part 3 of GB/T 19949 covers testing of inflator assemblies.

2 NORMATIVE REFERENCES

The following standards contain provisions which through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this part of GB/T 19949. For dated references, subsequent amendments (corrigenda excluded) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this Standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards indicated below.
