Certificate of Vehicle
1 SCOPE
This Standard stipulates the pattern of Certificate of Vehicle and items.
This Standard shall be applicable on issuance of the Certificate of Vehicle to motor vehicles (inclusive of tricars and low-speed goods vehicles), motorcycles (inclusive of mopeds), trailers, wheel-type machinery vehicles for special usage, and various kinds of motor vehicles and incomplete vehicles (inclusive of chassis of type II and chassis of type III), after completion of their manufacturing processes and until they have passed the delivery inspections respectively.

For dated reference, subsequent amendments (exclusive of the content of corrigenda) to, or revisions of, these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this Standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the latest editions of the documents indicated below.
