1 SCOPE
This Part of GB/T 5137 specifies the test methods of safety glazing materials used on road vehicles, i.e. luminous transmittance test, secondary image separation test, optical distortion test and luminous reflectance test.
This Part applies to testing the safety glazing materials used on road vehicles.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in QC/T 1119 apply.
4 TEST CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise specified, testing shall be carried out under the following environment conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: 20°C ± 5°C;
b) Atmospheric pressure: 8.60104 Pa to 1.06105 Pa;
c) Relative humidity: 40% to 80%.
