Welding Automobile Parts – Extreme Deviation for Undeclared Tolerance Size

1 SUBJECT CONTENT AND APPLICATION SCOPE

This standard specifies the extreme deviation for undeclared tolerance size of automobile parts affected by the welding process.

This standard is applicable to the extreme deviation for undeclared tolerance size and angle formed by welding process.

This standard is not applicable to the welding size and weld size subjected to inspection as the master model.

2 EXTREME DEVIATION FOR UNDECLARED TOLERANCE SIZE OF WELDING PROCESS

2.1 The extreme deviation for undeclared tolerance linear size is as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

2.2 The extreme deviation for undeclared tolerance angle is as shown in Figure 2 and Table 2.
