1 SCOPE
This document specifies the overall technical requirements, core metadata, data synchronization and data sharing requirements, as well as performance requirements and security requirements for the traceability system of recall process of motor vehicle products.
This document applies to the construction of traceability system of recall process of motor vehicle products carried out and data service provided by the technical institutions for recall of vehicle products, producers of vehicle products, and interested parties.

The specific implementation plan developed by the producer for recall activities
Note: The implementation plan includes but is not limited to producer’s information, recalled product information, recalled product scope, defect description and possible consequences, recall repair methods, emergency response methods, product improvement measures, and recall notice methods, etc.
