1 SCOPE

This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the DC/DC converter for electric vehicles.
This document applies to the DC/DC converter for electric vehicles, while other circuit with DC/DC converting function may use this document as a reference.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and GB/T 29259, as well as the following apply.

DC/DC converter
A device which can covert the electric energy of one DC voltage into the electric energy of another DC voltage

3.2
Overshoot and response time
Where any step change occurs to the input or output, the percentage of the maximum deviation of transient value from steady-state value in the steady-state value in the process from the moment when the controlled variable of DC/DC converter changes to when it is resumed to fall within the control error range is the overshoot; the response time is the time when the controlled variable reaches and remains within the permissible deviation range, starting from the moment when the input or output changes.
