advanced emergency braking system (AEBS)
a system which can monitor the vehicle’s forward driving conditions in real time, and can automatically activate the vehicle braking system to decelerate the vehicle when a potential hazard of collision occurs, so as to avoid or mitigate a collision
3.2
subject vehicle
the vehicle tested according to the relevant requirements for AEBS of passenger cars
3.3
Target
a high volume series production saloon (sedan) defined in GB/T 3730.1, or an object representative of such a vehicle in terms of its detection parameters applicable to the sensor detection characteristics of the AEBS

The function which monitors the driver’s vision of blind spot in real time, and gives alert or warning information when any other road user is present in the blind spot

3.2
电子稳定性控制系统Electronic Stability Control System (ESC)
Means an active safety system which monitors the vehicle operating conditions in real time, regulates braking force and engine torque to change yaw moment as necessary, so as to drive the vehicle as intended by the driver. The essential characteristics of this system are as follows:
(a) That improves vehicle directional stability by at least having the ability to automatically control individually the braking torques of the left and right wheels on each axle or an axle of each axle group to induce a correcting yaw moment based on the evaluation of actual vehicle behavior in comparison with a determination of vehicle behavior demanded by the driver;
(b) That is computer-controlled with the computer using a closed-loop algorithm to limit vehicle oversteer and understeer based on the evaluation of actual vehicle behavior in comparison with a determination of vehicle behavior demanded by the driver;
(c) That has a means to determine directly the value of vehicle’s yaw rate and to estimate its side slip angle or side slip derivative with respect to time;
(d) That has a means to monitor driver steering inputs; and
(e) That has an algorithm to determine the need, and a means to modify propulsion torque, as necessary, to assist the driver in maintaining control of the vehicle.

Active brake control

Adaptive cruise control (ACC)

This Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and safekeeping of parking distance monitoring and warning device (hereinafter referred to as “PDMWD”).
The PDMWD is not a device which is intended to replace the driver to realize automatic parking function or to issue a warning to other personnel or object present in the parking area.
