Brake Drum of Automobile

1 SCOPE

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements and test methods of the brake drum for automobile.
This standard applies to the brake drums, of which the body material is grey cast iron and which is intended for the service brake of Category M and N vehicles as specified in GB/T 15089-2001.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Mounting spigot hole
“Mounting spigot hole” means the center hole mating with the wheel hub.

4分类
4.1制动鼓分类
按制动鼓整体结构型式可分为普通制动鼓和轮毂制动鼓。普通制动鼓按照材料种类可分为单一材 料制动鼓和双金K制动鼓。

5技术要求 5.1力学性能
制动鼓的力学性能应符合表1的规记。

5.7外观要求
5.7.1 R测产品应无裂纹、冷隔、缩孔等,铸造表而应无粘砂,缺陷不准许焊补、修补。
5.7.2 0测制动鼓摩擦面及安装面上不应有磕碰伤,无锐边、毛刺。
5.8磨损极限尺寸
制动鼓应在®著位置注明磨损极限尺寸,标识应淸晰、永久。
5.9 台架试验
5.9.1热疲劳试验
5.9.1.1 类、%类车辆用制动鼓样品按A.4.1.1完成热疲劳试验后不应失效。
5.9.1.2 M2类、M:;类、N2类和队类车辆用制动鼓样品按A.4.1.2试验,应满足如下要求之一:
a) 制动鼓样品失效时的热疲劳试验循环数大于或等于300;
!〕)制动鼓样品失效时的热疲劳试验循环数大于250、但小于300时,再用一件新的制动鼓样品重 复进行试验,两件样品的热疲劳试验循环数均大于250。
5.9.2高负荷试验
制动鼓样品按A.4.2 W成尚负荷试验后小应失效。
6检验方法
6.1力学性能 6.1.1抗拉强度
抗拉强度试样应从制动鼓摩擦而屮部截取,取样位置见图3。如有特殊要求,可由供需双方商定。 抗拉强度检测方法按GB/T 228.1的规定。

存:抗拉强度取样尺寸受限制的情况下,可用楔压强度替代抗拉强度,楔形试样尺寸应符合表6的规 定,楔压强度与抗拉强度的换算方法见GB/T 9439—2010屮的附录I),楔伍强度取3次检测的平均值, 具体检测方法由供需双方商定。

制动鼓硬度检测部位在摩擦表面,且应沿制动鼓摩擦表而宽度方向均匀取3组,每组沿圆周均布检测不少于3点,每组检测点不应重合•且应避开厚度差异较大的加强筋对应区域。检测 方法按GB/T 231.1的规定。
6.2化学成分
化学成分检测方法按表7的规记。如有特殊要求,可由供需双方商记,也可他方法检测。

6.3 金相组织
金相组织试样应从摩擦而截取,取样位置及检测而见阁4,如有特殊要求,可由供需双方商定。检 测方法按GIVT 7216的规定。

6.4尺寸公差和形位公差
基准孔立径公差的检测方法按GB/T 3177的规定,摩擦面跳动量、摩擦面岡度、安装面等的检测方法按GB/T 1958的规定。
6.5摩擦面粗糙度
制动鼓摩擦而粗糙度的检测方法按GB/T 1031的规定。如有特殊要求,可由供需双方商定,也可用其他方法检测。
6.6剩余不平衡量
剩余不平衡量的检测方法按GB/T 9239的规定。
