Electric energy metering for electric vehicle off-board charger
1 Scope
This standard specifies DC electric energy meter for electric vehicles off-board charger (hereinafter referred to as charger) in terms of configuration and installation requirements, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rule; this standard also specifies technical requirements for charger metering.
This standard is applicable to electric energy metering for chargers.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 29317 and the following ones apply.
3.1
Direct connected meter
Electric energy meter which is connected into instrument current circuit as current signal, including electric energy meter integrated with shunts.
