Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys Extruded Bars, Rods
1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate, and contents of contract (or order) of the aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded bars and rods for general industrial use.
This standard is applicable to the bars and rods of round cross section (hereinafter referred to as “round rods”), the bars and rods of square cross section (hereinafter referred to as “square rods”) and the bars and rods of regular hexagonal cross section (hereinafter referred to as “hexagonal rods”).
