1 SCOPE
This part of GB/T 18487 specifies the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements for off-board conductive charging supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as “supply equipment”) for electric vehicles (EV). For the power supply of supply equipment, the maximum rated voltage is 1,000V AC or 1,500V DC, and the maximum rated output voltage is 1,000V AC or 1,500V DC.
This part applies to the supply equipment in charging modes 2, 3 and 4 as specified in GB/T 18487.1.
This part applies to the supply equipment supplied from the on-site energy storage system (e.g. buffer batteries, etc.).
Cables where there is no electronics or no switching (except for manual switches) are considered as passive and are deemed to comply with the emission and immunity requirements of this part without any need for testing.
This part doesn’t apply to any components or equipment of on-board supply equipment or power supply system for EVs.
This part doesn’t apply to any supply equipment which charges or supplies EVs in wireless power transfer (WPT) mode.
This part doesn’t apply to trolley buses, railway vehicles, industrial vehicles, or supply equipment mainly intended for non-road vehicles.
